My jewelry string broke or defrayed. Can you fix it for me?
Yes. Regardless where your jewelry piece is from, you can approach Beads of Whisper (BOW) to restring at a small fee of $5 Singapore Dollar. Mailing charges would be payable by the buyer.

Do you conduct jewelry making class?
At the moment, Beads of Whisper (BOW) does not conduct jewelry making class, but would be glad to share some basic tips on jewelry making.

It seems like B.O.W. offers mainly bracelets and earrings, do you create and design other types of jewelry?
Bracelets and earrings are B.O.W.’s main products in store. We would also include other types of jewelry as soon as the creations are completed.


How do I care for my crystal jewelry?
While different types of crystals require different care, there are some basic care tips:
- keep them, cool, dry and away from moisture to prevent a loss in crystal energy
- store them away in an airtight container and away from direct sunlight
- remove your crystal jewelry before entering bath or washing
- wipe the crystals in a gentle, circular motion with a micro-fiber cloth
